The
old bridge was dedicated July 9, 1930 by
my Aunt, Vera Johnson. Vera was born October 16, 1909 and
passed away
June 30, 2007, some three months short of her 98th
birthday.

Vera
wore a beaded Indian dress for the
dedication ceremony. Some sixty years later, when the
"new" bridge was dedicated, Vera also had the honor of
dedicating the new bridge....in the very same beaded
Indian
Dress!
